Objectives
Deliver tailored, end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions that align with client needs, industry best practices, and business objectives.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
* Design end-to-end SAP HXM solutions with a focus on SuccessFactors based on best practices and industry standards.
* Develop solution architectures, including system integrations, data models, and security designs.
* Provide guidance and recommendations on SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Succession Planning.
* Lead the technical implementation of SAP SuccessFactors projects, including configuration, and integration with third-party systems.
* Define and document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and solution designs.
* Collaborate with project managers, consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
* Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and project teams.
* Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with a focus on solution architecture.
* Proven track record of designing and architecting SAP SuccessFactors solutions for global enterprises.
* In-depth understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration points.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* B2 level proficiency in German is mandatory.
* SAP SuccessFactors certifications are desirable.
