AXA Partners is seeking Senior Application Analyst to join the team in Shannon. Serving as a liaison between the IT and the Business organizations, the Senior Application Analyst will perform a key role within AXA Partners IT.Serve as a Senior Application Analyst on IT Business ApplicationsAnalyses and validates Support incidents and resolves if possible on first contactTranslates Support Incidents into defect tracking tool and liaises with 3rd line support functions or suppliers to manage deliveryParticipates in continuous process improvement activities and support quality initiativesSupports operations with ad hoc queries/questions and Application Training needsManages communication for System Performance Issues with the business and the Network, DBA, Server teamsManages associated Change Controls as part of the Release Management ProcessSupports IT Strategic Projects including Application Platform migrations such as transition to CloudDelivery of Technical Enhancements to supported ApplicationsEngages in resolutions for IT controllership issues/tasks for Support FunctionWilling to take on support ownership of new applications including Training/Learning/Engaging with SuppliersManage and maintain the related tools such as Application Servers & Application ServicesTest, Debug and Troubleshoot the applications, as requiredCollaborate with other teams with IT and Business for end‐to‐end delivery of the solutionsExperience in Business and Systems analysisFamiliarity with basic networking and infrastructure design principlesExperience coordinating with various IT functions such as Networks, Security, and QA etc.Mentoring / Training in person and remoteExperience in working in an Agile EnvironmentCommercial FocusRelevant third level degree in Information Technology or equivalent~5+ years of experience in Information TechnologyIf you have a long‐term condition or disability and require adjustments during the application or interview process, please send an email to AXA Partners General HR Response - globalhr@partners.We're AXA Partners, experts at designing and delivering assistance solutions and specialised insurance, credit, and lifestyle protection – with and for our partners worldwide.
