Job Description Summary
Main Responsibilities:
The Associate Director Bio Pipeline will be responsible for maximizing the value of internal and external programs in the context of the Sandoz pipeline through commercial ownership of assigned assets and strategic projects.

o Obtaining focused external insights on strategic pipeline and program questions.
o Creating forecast scenarios that consider development, commercial and IP risks and opportunities.
o Applying and advancing statistical methods to simulate pipeline risks.
o Liaising with colleagues in priority geographies and IM division / Onco BU on internal and external programs to share and obtain internal knowledge and to drive common understanding on commercial potential and key risks.

o Translating innovator strategies and industry trends into prospective TPP landscapes.
o Researching technological innovations and their potential to transform health care.
o Contextualizing emerging therapy options with market realities (e.g. sustained affordability).
* CREATE AND LEAD CROSS-FUNCTIONAL INITIATIVES THAT ENABLE VALUE MAXIMIZATION THROUGH MOLECULE SELECTION, PRODUCT DESIGN, AND CAPABILITY BUILDING BY:
o Co-developing and providing thought leadership on strategic pipeline questions.
o Collaborating with Global Directors Pipeline to deliver against special requests.
* SUPPORT STRATEGIC ACTIVITIES AND ESTABLISHED PROCESSES BY:
o Managing governance for bi-annual Portfolio Review Meetings with senior Biopharma executive leadership presence.
o Managing governance of pipeline selection process on an annual basis, coordinating internal stakeholders and building compelling insights that enable go/no-go decisions.
