As the primary IT contact for our new Spain office, you will establish and maintain our local IT operations. You’ll be the "face of IT" for our Spanish teams, collaborating closely with global Security, Application, and Infrastructure teams to provide seamless technical support.
What You’ll Be Doing
End-User Support:
Provide Tier 1 & 2 support for Mac and Windows environments, managing everything from laptop provisioning to complex troubleshooting.
Identity & Access (IAM):
Administer user accounts and permissions across
Azure AD/Entra ,
Google Workspace, and
Microsoft 365
(Exchange, SharePoint).
SaaS & Collaboration:
Manage access for our modern tech stack, including
Slack, Jira, Linear, and Confluence .
Device Management:
Maintain fleet compliance and software deployment via
Jamf Pro
and
Microsoft Intune .
Infrastructure Support:
Perform "remote hands" support for network hardware ( Cisco, Meraki, Fortigate ) and basic server administration.
Operations & Procurement:
Handle local IT hardware/software procurement and document processes in both English and Spanish.
What You Need to Succeed
Experience:
5–7 years in IT Support or System Administration within international environments.
Ecosystems:
Expert-level knowledge of
Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, and
Google Workspace .
Networking:
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and basic network hardware troubleshooting.
Automation & Code:
Experience with
Infrastructure as Code
(GitHub, Ansible, Jenkins) and a cloud-first mindset (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Soft Skills:
Business-fluent
English and Spanish. You are customer-obsessed, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Nice to Have
Scripting skills ( PowerShell or Python ) for workflow automation.
Advanced MDM experience ( Jamf/Intune ) and AWS Lambda knowledge.
Hybrid On-site:
Regular presence in the office is required (3–4 days a week).
Mobility:
Occasional travel to other sites in Spain or the EU.
