We are looking for a Sales & Customer Relations Expert to join our Commercial organization in an industrial manufacturing environment.
This role is key to ensuring strong customer relationships, operational performance, and contractual compliance during the serial production phase.
Role mission
Act as the primary interface between the company and its customers, ensuring a strong and strategic customer relationship. Drive operational excellence by managing quality topics, delivery performance, order management processes, and contractual compliance throughout the serial phase. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement corrective actions, optimize costs, and ensure agreed service levels, while maintaining transparency and efficiency in all processes.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Act as the main point of contact for key manufacturing customers.
- Manage quality and delivery performance during the serial phase, including follow-up and negotiation of related topics.
- Coordinate the implementation of countermeasures with internal and external stakeholders to address delivery or quality deviations.
- Lead the definition and implementation of the Order Management process, in coordination with Finance and Logistics tea
