Grifols invites applications for a Compensation Analyst position within its Global Compensation department.
Responsibilities
- You will carry out the annual salary compensation process.
- You will validate the compensation processes of increases, promotions and salary changes.
- You will calculate and actualise the annual jobs salary bands, guaranteeing internal equity and external competitiveness.
- You will carry out the company compensation data collection and complete the annual salary market surveys.
- You will supervise and validate the company job descriptions.
- You will evaluate company positions according to the compensation valuation system.
- You will carry out salary analysis of the different positions of the company to facilitate decision making.
- You will maintain ownership of maintaining and updating databases.
- You will support the worldwide gender gap calculation process.
- You will support the compensation team with reports and special projects.
- You will give support to the deployment and daily management of compensation policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits.
- Experience evaluating positions using market evaluation methodologies such as Gradar, WTW, Mercer, Hay, etc.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (Advanced C1).
- Proficient knowledge of MS-Office (Excel); SAP HR or other ERP knowledge is valuable.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and organizational ability.
- Dynamic, proactive, and results‑oriented.
- Versátil to a changing environment and eager to learn.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and work as part of a team.
