Fullstack Developer at Landra Sistemas

We are expanding multiple development teams and looking to hire 5 Fullstack Developers to work on strategic projects in clinical diagnostic and health information systems.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, test, and maintain end‑to‑end software solutions for critical health applications.
* Implement frontend features using ReactJS.
* Develop backend services and business logic with Java, Spring Boot, and event‑driven/distributed architectures.
* Design and implement well‑structured components that satisfy functional and non‑functional requirements.
* Write clean, maintainable code following engineering best practices.
* Create and maintain automated unit, integration, and functional tests.
* Document code, tests, and artefacts.
* Analyze defects, incidents, and problems; provide solutions and collaborate with global support teams for fixes, patches, and releases.
* Participate in the Scrum process: analyze backlog items, estimate sprint effort, commit to sprint backlog, deliver increments, and attend demos and retrospectives.
* Communicate status, risks, and blockers with the development and QA teams.
* Provide effective communication in English and Spanish.
* Continuous improvement: propose process optimizations, new techniques, and automation solutions.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years experience as a Fullstack Developer.
* Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent in Software Development.
* Strong knowledge in ReactJS (frontend), Java, Spring Boot (backend), distributed and event‑driven architecture.
* Experience with automated testing (unit, integration).
* Proficiency with version control and CI/CD tools such as Git, ArgoCD, Jenkins, SonarQube, Terraform, Ansible.
* Experience in Docker, Kubernetes.
* Knowledge of relational, document, and caching databases.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum).
* Advanced English skills.
* Preferred: experience in regulated or health environments, DevOps automation, contribution to continuous process improvement.
