We are looking for RF & Microwave Engineers to join one of the most important international companies in the field of technological development and IT solutions.
You will participate in cutting-edge projects for the defense and aerospace sector, supporting the development of high-technology systems for Radar and Electronic Warfare (EW), and working with advanced RF/Microwave technologies up to Ka band and mmWave.
Technical Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on RF/Microwave engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in RF/Mw component design: frequency converters, SSPAs, oscillators, LNAs, hybrids, waveform generators, limiters, filters, etc.
- Experience developing RF circuitry for receivers, transmitters, and frequency synthesizers.
- Experience with design and simulation tools such as Spice, ADS, MATLAB, HFSS, and schematic/layout tools.
- Experience in the simulation, integration, testing, and analysis of complex RF/Mw systems and subsystems.
- Familiarity with RF/Mw laboratory equipment: signal generators, VNAs, spectrum analyzers, noise figure meters, power meters, high-speed oscilloscopes, etc.
- Experience with power supply and analog design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Development of RF circuitry for high-frequency and microwave applications in EW & Radar products.
- Technical and cost trade-off studies, component selection, and hardware documentation.
- Hardware layout, component evaluation, prototype construction, and testing.
- Development and execution of integration, verification, validation, and risk assessment plans.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams: RF, Mechanical, I&T, Manufacturing, Thermal, Digital, and others.
Valuable Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
- Previous experience in Defense or Aerospace industries.
- Experience in RF design from baseband to Ka band and mmWave.
- Knowledge of Design to Cost (DTC) and Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA).
- Experience in solid-state RF power amplifier design.
- Ability to translate system-level requirements into hardware specifications.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and self-learning skills.
