Clinical Applications Specialist Coronary (South Spain)
Job Description

Responsibilities:
* Provide primary training and education to customers.
* Disseminate technical product information and train hospital staff, including in the cath lab during clinical procedures.
* Achieve and grow disposable utilization, contributing to disposable revenue and market position aligned with territory, division, and company goals.
* Monitor the use of Intrasight and Syncvision systems through regular contact with users to ensure confidence in Philips IGT-D products and systems. Support system utilization from delivery to cath lab support.
* Build strong customer relationships by engaging directly with hospital physicians, cath lab personnel, and administrative staff.
* Collaborate with Marketing and internal teams to identify needs and provide intelligence on competitors and product enhancements.
* Coordinate local professional education and training for customers.
* Handle product complaints according to company procedures.
Qualifications:
* BSc or MSc in Biomedical Engineering or a related clinical/science field.
* At least 3 years of clinical support experience in a cath lab.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Excellent customer orientation and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in English; native Spanish speakers preferred.
* Willingness to travel up to 60% to support cath lab procedures.
Work Environment:
This is a field role, primarily conducted outside the company's main facilities, at customer or supplier locations.
