At Astek, we are looking for a Performance Test Engineer to lead the implementation and automation of non-functional testing for a critical low-latency system.

- Design and build automated non-functional testing frameworks
- Execute and analyze latency, capacity, and failover tests
- Identify and troubleshoot performance issues across distributed systems
- Analyze system behavior under high load and optimize performance
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of performance testing strategies
Who are you?\n
- 5+ years of experience in performance testing / engineering
- Strong experience with non-functional testing and automation
- Deep understanding of low-latency systems and networking concepts
- Proven experience troubleshooting across network, OS, and application layers
- English: Full professional proficiency
Technical Stack\n
- Languages: Python, Bash, C/C++
- Systems: Linux (advanced level)
- Monitoring: Grafana (or similar)
- DevOps & Automation: GitLab, Ansible, Airflow
- Cloud/Containers: OpenShift / ArgoCD
