**What we’re looking for**:
We’re looking for an Asset Manager to help us with Gartner Digital Markets Creative team’s project queue, resource management and digital asset management.
**Why you’ll want to come to work**:
**Project Management**
- Review and manage incoming requests and understand requirements
- Review and understand Resource Management function to help move projects forward
- Communicate with stakeholders proactively within the Project Management platform
- Communicate with internal team members to discuss bandwidth, problem solve and work through roadblocks for each project
- Create and share project schedules with internal and external teams
- Maintain proactive contact with internal teams, external stakeholders and outside contractors
- Ensure quality in all deliverables from all stakeholders
- Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
**Digital Asset Management**
- Administer day-to-day operations of the Digital Asset Management system
- Work with teammates to improve asset management procedures
- Create process documentation
- Organize new and existing asset libraries
- Maintain accuracy of asset library as assets get updated periodically
- Facilitate asset/media deliveries internally and externally (trafficking)
- Ensure consistency of assets according to pre-decided standards
- Define, implement, and manage the full life-cycle, archival, and distribution of all assets
- Establish and maintain file-naming conventions
- Support team with critical and time-sensitive digital asset acquisition requests
- Train and onboard users to the DAM system
- Orchestrate and execute efficient maintenance of media library organization and management of user experience and access
- Coordinated workflow directives to ensure assets are added to the DAM system within deadlines
**What you’ll bring to the team**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of relevant project management experience
- Experience with project management platforms
- 2+ years of DAM experience working with an enterprise-level DAM system
- Clear understanding of creative process, file conversions and creative deliverables
- Great verbal and written communication skills with experience working across teams
- Must be highly organized, proactive and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
- Proven ability to navigate a matrix organization
- Strong independent project management skills
- Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion
- Expert attention to detail
- Works well with deadlines with an emphasis on delivering timely results
- Ability to prioritize and adapt as required
