We’re looking for a driven and curious Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow our customer base and open doors in new markets. Responsibilities Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads through research, outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls), and discovery. Build relationships with prospects and understand their needs and challenges. Schedule meetings and demos for our Account Executives and Sales Engineers. Use tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting platforms. Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting. ✅ What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in B2B SaaS. Strong communication skills (written and spoken). Self-starter with a positive attitude and hunger to learn. Comfortable with outreach and rejection – persistence is key. Fluent in (English / other required languages).
