**Job Summary**: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Data Analyst and provide support for our economic analysis efforts. You will work closely with our economics team, collecting, analysing, visualising and interpreting data to inform our economic impact reports. You will also assist with data collection, database management, and report preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyse data related to economic indicators.
- Analyse survey data generated by Sound Diplomacy and third parties.
- Assist in managing our economic database, including data entry, cleaning, and organisation.
- Assist in preparing reports, including data visualisation and report formatting.
- Collaborate with our economics team to identify areas for improvement in our data collection, visualisation and analysis processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a relevant field, such as economics, business, or statistics
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis software, such Stata
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Interest in cultural economics
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in Spanish is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
