Some of our local brands have been in consumers#39; kitchens for over a century and have positioned themselves as authentically loved brands, as well as deeply rooted parts of the local culture. /pp Today, with a turnover of around 1,4 billion euros and a team of around 3.600 people, we are the preferred choice of millions of consumers. /pp The role /pp Based in Ballobar, Spain, the selected candidate will be responsible for: /pulli Defining, managing and executing the budget for technical investments of the factories of Ballobar and Alcañiz and being part of the African Engineering department. /lili Manage projects in other African factories as for business needs or professional opportunities. /lili Designing and implementing the industrial structure responding to business strategy and aligned with industrial management. /lili Being a technical guide and part of the digitalization processes of production processes, implementing the environmental and energy sustainability strategy defined by the Engineering Sustainability departments. /lili Identifying and implementing efficiency projects in a continuous improvement process initiated in the Operations area. /li /ulp Key duties responsibilities /pulli Manage the technical projects assigned by the direct manager with the use of specific processes and tools of the project management methodology to achieve the performance objective in terms of quality, budget, and timing. /lili Define the technical specifications and requirements of each project you are involved in, in order to request offers from suppliers and analyze them from a technical and economic point of view. /lili Manage commercial negotiations of technical systems (with the support of the purchasing department if needed). /lili Manage administrative tasks of projects in terms of CAPEX request, purchase order, billing verification, etc. /lili Operate with a continuous improvement perspective when defining and implementing efficiency projects and/or waste reduction personally identified or assigned by the direct manager, as well as technically support efficiency projects of other functions. /lili Support factories in the implementation of the ongoing digitization process and manage OT (operational technology) issues. /lili Design new and modify existing plants for sustainable engineering in terms of environmental impact and energy efficiency (reduction of consumption and CO2 footprint) as for CO2 zero emission roadmap of our Sustainability department. /lili Manage or be part of cross-functional project teams with a project organization and not a matrix organization structure. /lili Participate in the development of a multi-year plan to ensure the performance of existing industrial assets and the technical and technological development of African factories. /li /ul p What can you expect from us? /pp This is a great opportunity to join a big team in a multicultural and modern environment.
