Your Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and energetic Store Assistant to join our team. As the face of Topping Circus, you’ll help create a welcoming environment while preparing and serving our delicious desserts.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve waffles, crêpes, coffees, ice creams, and other treats
* Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and handle payments
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store and equipment
* Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
* Provide excellent customer service in English & Spanish (other languages are a plus!)
* Help decorate and present desserts in fun and creative ways
* Follow health and safety protocols at all times
What We're Looking For
* Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality
* Experience in food service or hospitality is a bonus (but not required - training provided!)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Basic English required; Spanish or other languages are a plus
* Night shift availability is a must
