🎯 Your Mission & Impact
As a Fire Protection Engineer – Industrial Buildings (NFPA), you will play a key role in the design and coordination of fire protection systems (PCI) for industrial facilities. You will contribute to safe, compliant, and efficient buildings, directly impacting projects for leading international clients. Experience in Clean Rooms and/or Data Centres will be considered a strong plus.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Fire Protection Engineer / PCI Engineer in industrial building projects.
- Proven experience with fire protection systems (PCI) and solid knowledge of NFPA standards.
- Experience in industrial construction projects (warehouses, production plants, logistics platforms, etc.).
- Valuable experience in Clean Rooms and/or Data Centres.
- Strong command of:MS Office (Office package)
- Presto
- AutoCAD
- Basic knowledge of Revit (ability to work and coordinate within BIM environments).
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architecture, structures, MEP, HSE, operations).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and compliance.
- English: mandatory, minimum real B2 level (written and spoken).
- Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in dynamic project environments.
🛠 What You’ll Do
- Participate in industrial building projects as a Fire Protection / PCI Engineer, ensuring compliance with NFPA and applicable local regulations.
- Design, review, and/or validate fire protection systems (detection, alarm, suppression, compartmentation, evacuation, etc.).
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including calculations, specifications, bills of quantities (using Presto), and technical reports.
- Develop and update plans and layouts in AutoCAD, and collaborate in Revit models with basic BIM capabilities.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients) to ensure technical alignment and on-time delivery.
- Support during construction and commissioning phases, answering technical queries and contributing to problem resolution on site.
- Contribute to risk assessments and propose improvements to enhance safety and compliance.
- Stay up to date with NFPA standards, fire protection best practices, and emerging technologies in industrial facilities, Clean Rooms, and Data Centres.
