The Role:
* Ensure smooth end-to-end warehouse operations across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes
* Design and continuously improve operational workflows to reduce cycle times and minimize picking and packing errors
* Monitor and maintain high inventory accuracy, leading cycle counts and annual stock-taking processes
* Lead and manage warehouse teams including shift planning, workforce allocation, and employee motivation (warehouse staff, forklift operators, administrative teams)
* Track and analyze key operational KPIs such as lead time, inventory turnover, cost per order, and error rates, ensuring corrective actions are implemented
* Ensure full compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) standards and maintain safe and efficient warehouse operations
* Coordinate with transport providers and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate inbound and outbound deliveries
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams to ensure alignment across the supply chain
The Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
* 8+ years of experience in logistics operations, warehouse management, e-commerce fulfillment, transportation, or supply chain operations
* Excellent command of Spanish and proficiency in English
* Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/SMS)
* Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is highly valued
* Knowledge of Lean Logistics, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies for continuous improvement
* Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities
* Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
