Selling at Scale\ndeploys on-prem AI agents for revenue teams. Our Robots operate inside the client's existing tools and firewall, interact through Slack or WhatsApp, and deliver results: qualified meetings, marketing leads, revenue expansion. No dashboards to learn, no migrations. The Robot just works.

Where we are\nFounded April 2026. 5 paying clients on credit card recurring, 5 more starting in May. Two Robots in production. €300K weighted pipeline. Closing a significant pre-seed round with multiple European funds in advanced conversations. All in 60 days.

The founders\n40+ years combined scaling revenue teams at Google, Meta, and papernest; multiple exits; experience as entrepreneurs. We have built the product, closed the clients, and attracted the investors. What we need is the person who turns working prototypes into scalable infrastructure.

The role\nYou own the entire technical execution across three phases.
\n
Phase 1:\nharden the current stack (Claude API, cloud orchestration, HubSpot, Apollo, Slack integrations).
\n
Phase 2:\ndeploy agents on Mac Mini hardware on-prem at client sites.
\n
Phase 3:\nbuild the proprietary product, own the full stack, become CTO.
\n
What you need\nPython fluency. API-first mindset. Comfortable with infrastructure (you can SSH into a machine and troubleshoot at 11pm). Full-stack capable. Ships fast. You use Claude Code or Cursor daily and they genuinely make you faster.

What matters more than your CV\nShow us something you built. A live product, a demo, a screen recording. We care about what you create, not where you went to school.

Location:\nBarcelona. We work side by side.
\n
Compensation:\nsubstantial equity with a 1-year cliff. Competitive retainer. This is a founding role, not a job. You will build and lead the engineering team as CTO.
