Responsibilities
* Prepare the technical planning for assigned projects, applying the methodology implemented in the company.
* In collaboration with the department head, prepare project budgets and define the technical and human resources to achieve the technical and economic objectives.
* Ensure the feasibility and technical quality of the solutions proposed.
* Coordinate and implement the production process for the products developed.
* Research and develop improvements in the technical characteristics, quality, and costs of products.
* Define purchasing specifications and approve suppliers from the initial stage until the product is transferred to the factory, sending guidelines for subsequent procurement.
Requirements and Personal Skills
* Education: Industrial Engineering, especially in the mechanical, electromechanical, materials, biomedical fields or a similar one.
* Languages: High level of English and Spanish.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
* Specific Knowledge: Previous experience working in an R&D department. Previous experience working with CAD systems (especially Solidworks and Rhinoceros) and Ansys.
* Travels: Occasionally (fairs and congresses).
* Personal skills: High capacity for multidisciplinary work, analytical capacity, integrity, cooperative spirit, communication skills. Innovative sense, high self-esteem, and high expectations for professional development.
