Sales Account Manager – Poliolefinas
We are working with a leading international player in the distribution of polymers and petrochemical products, currently expanding its commercial team in Spain.
The company is seeking a Sales Account Manager specialized in polyolefins (PE/PP) to drive business growth, develop strategic relationships, and manage key accounts within the Iberian market.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within converters, manufacturers, and industrial clients.
* Account Management: Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
* Commercial Strategy: Define and execute sales strategies aligned with market trends and company objectives.
* Product Expertise: Advise clients on polyolefin solutions (PE/PP) based on application, pricing, and availability.
* Market Intelligence: Monitor market dynamics, pricing trends, and competitor activity within the polymer industry.
* Negotiation & Closing: Lead commercial negotiations, contracts, and pricing discussions with clients and suppliers.
* Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with logistics, sourcing, and international teams to ensure smooth operations and delivery.
Profile Requirements
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in polymer distribution, ideally within polyolefins (PE/PP)
* Strong commercial mindset with proven experience in B2B sales and business development
* Established network within plastics converters or related industries
* Solid understanding of polymer applications and market dynamics
* Ability to operate autonomously and manage a territory
* High level of negotiation and communication skills
Preferred Background
* Experience in companies such as polymer distributors, producers, or trading companies
* Exposure to commodities or engineering plastics markets
* Knowledge of international trading environments is a plus
