Join LTS's newly opened European office in Verín (Ourense), Spain as our Business Development Lead for the EU market. You will own LTS's commercial expansion across Spain and into the broader European market, working closely with our practice leaders.

What you'll do Build LTS's commercial pipeline across the Iberian peninsula and broader EU market
Operate as the senior LTS face for European clients during pre-sales
Partner with practice leaders on solution shaping and proposal authoring
Develop and maintain key client relationships at the senior level
Represent LTS at European industry events and conferences
What we're looking for 6+ years of B2B sales or business development in IT services or consulting
Demonstrated track record of building pipeline in a new market
Native or near-native Spanish; fluent English
Strong network across Spanish enterprises and CIO communities
Comfortable working in a multi-country, distributed delivery model
Nice to have Background at a major consulting firm (Big Four, top-tier boutique)
Experience selling AI, cloud, or digital-transformation engagements
Portuguese or French language ability
Existing relationships in financial services or public sector in Spain
