En TIBA buscamos incorporar un/a Sales Support Specialist para reforzar nuestro equipo y seguir impulsando un servicio excelente, ágil y orientado al cliente. ¿Cuál será tu misión? Serás una pieza clave del motor comercial interno, trabajando en coordinación con diferentes departamentos para garantizar un servicio eficiente y de calidad. What will your functions be? Elaborar cotizaciones a clientes siguiendo las indicaciones del/la Responsable Comercial y del equipo comercial, a través de nuestro ERP interno. Realizar el mantenimiento de ofertas comerciales y colaborar en la resolución de incidencias. Proponer mejoras al departamento de IT para optimizar la herramienta de cotizaciones. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de venta definidas por el equipo comercial. What are we looking for? Formación en Comercio Internacional, Transporte o Logística. Al menos 1 año de experiencia en funciones similares o en operaciones de tráfico marítimo (Forwarding / Transitaria). Nivel intermedio–avanzado de inglés. Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (paquete Office, entorno Windows, correo…). Alta capacidad de adaptación, ganas de aprender y clara orientación al cliente (interno y externo). Buenas habilidades comunicativas y de negociación. Orientación a objetivos y trabajo en equipo. What do we offer?
