Experteer Overview As SAP Product Manager in our ERP team, you will drive backend and frontend SAP development using FIORI, UI5, ABAP on Hana and related tools. You will participate in all stages of the product lifecycle, from analysis to integration, ensuring process and system integrity within SAP environments. You will identify opportunities to simplify processes, refine requirements, and coordinate with third‑party providers to deliver value. This role sits at the Digital Campus initiative, shaping the future of aerospace digitalization and learning platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders to maximise technology’s impact while supporting ongoing business operations.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Develop backend and frontend features using SAP technologies (FIORI, UI5, Web IDE, ABAP on Hana)
- Participate in all product lifecycle phases (analysis, design, test, integration)
- Analyze business issues and requirements in detail
- Ensure process and system integrity within SAP environments
- Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize processes for business advantage
- Refine requirements and validate estimates from third-party support providers
- Ensure business capability to operate the solution with minimal operational impact
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and outsourced suppliers to maximize SAP effectivenessResponsabilidades
- Graduate in Information Technologies or similar
- Strong frontend and backend development experience (HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, Javascript, Java or WebIDE)
- Proficiency with ABAP/ABAP on Hana, OData-Services, NetWeaver Gateway and SAP HANA
- Experience in interface design and development (RFC, iDoc, XML, Web Services, Batch) and customer extensions (enhancement framework, user exits)
- Strong interpersonal skills and drive to take a central role in the ERP PSL development teamRequisitos principales
