Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.
1. Provide relevant technical support to customers and sales teams for both existing and future business,
2. Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding quality topics, primarily focusing on application-related discussions,
3. Serve as the voice of the customer within the Danfoss Cooling organization for application-related matters, and bring critical application knowledge obtained in the field to the organization to improve existing products and support the development of new products,
4. Identify critical sales factors from a technical standpoint in customer projects, and propose and drive activities to achieve them,
5. Participate in and perform product and training presentations, including new product introductions,
6. Handle specific customer requests in collaboration with other Danfoss Cooling departments,
7. Ensure products are properly handled and installed at the customer factory level,
8. Coordinate technical decisions with factories and Account Managers,
9. Maintain and cultivate customer relationships with emphasis on key decision-makers; frequently visit customers to enhance overall visibility and customer loyalty,
10. Share and discuss system and application knowledge within a regional team of experienced and professional Field Service Engineers,
11. Write reports and documentation.

12. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related fields,
13. Three years of experience in industrial refrigeration, with a focus on ammonia installations,
14. Good knowledge of vapor compression systems, heat transfer processes, and product technologies,
15. Solid experience in electronic component applications, such as unit controllers, EEXV controllers, and sensors,
16. Capability to understand and analyze the interactions between refrigerating circuit components and their impacts on reliability and efficiency,
17. Strong relationship-building and team-player skills in a global environment,
18. Customer-focused with the ability to work effectively in a sales organization,
19. Comfort and aptitude for engaging with customers and strong communication skills,
20. Proficiency in MS Office,
21. Fluent in English and Spanish,
22. Willingness to travel regularly within the country, with travel time accounting for 10%.
