IT System Consultant for Video Streaming Services

As a system consultant for video streaming, you will be part of the international Bosch Tube Team. Your responsibilities include consulting on IT architecture around the Bosch Tube service and product portfolio, and supporting the conceptual implementation.
You will support the Product and Service Manager (PSM), coordinate globally distributed teams, and ensure seamless integration of products and services into customer environments.
Additionally, you will advise customers on Bosch Tube's service and product portfolio, conduct needs analyses, and collaborate with UX, communication, and training departments to develop tailored training programs and advertising campaigns.
You will also contribute to shaping the future architecture and development lifecycle of Bosch Tube, evaluate and test new components, support pilot evaluations, and oversee their deployment into production.
Furthermore, you will support customers during live streaming events, coordinating with other Bosch units and external providers, especially during major events.

Qualifications
* Education: Completed university degree in computer science, telecommunications, or a comparable qualification
* Experience: Experience with IP-based video and audio transmission, media technology, UCC platforms; several years in product and service development; experience in stakeholder presentations; customer support and service management experience per ITIL standards
* Knowledge: Market's current state of the art; telecommunications basics including streaming and network protocols (RTMP, SRT, SIP, RTP, IP, TCP, UDP)
* Personality: Responsible, proactive, communicative, intercultural, team-oriented
* Commitment: Passion for UCC technology; willingness to shape the working environment for thousands of customers worldwide
* Languages: Very good English spoken and written
* Working Permit: Valid work permit for Spain is mandatory; no sponsorship provided
