Flint International is looking for Resident Security Engineer to work onsite in Madrid.
About the Role
The tasks to be performed by Resident Security Engineer are:
* Support for managing configuration and software changes
* Request change approvals
* Preparation of changes with different stakeholders
* Execution of the change including previous and subsequent checks
* Problem Management Support
* Technical support for incidents
* Problem solving
* Troubleshooting
* Webex meeting attendance with TAC/Business Units
* Preparing and running tests for new features, configurations, software versions, etc.
* Support for automation activities
* Support in equipment renovations, installation, decommission, etc.
Qualifications
* At least 3 years performing first-level operator/support tasks in corporate SOCs
* Knowledge of Cisco security products and solutions
* English B2
* Spanish - fluent
* Technical knowledge in Cisco DUO, ESA, Firepower, Multicloud Defense, CSW and WSA solutions
* Incident management systems
* Basic understanding of the OSI model
* Basic knowledge of operating systems
* Problem management and resolution
* Systems administration
* A bachelor's degree in Systems or Telecommunications
