Your role We want to continue growing and for this reason we need to incorporate a PRODUCTION ENGINEER, who wants to be part of a dynamic team, working for an international project and in a process of growth and expansion for the coming years. The main goal of this position is to optimize and standardize production processes.
Responsibilities
* Identify the incidences in order to improve the processes.
* Manage the quality of the production.
* Analyze and standardize the processes.
* Propose improvements.
* Operative training.
* KPI and quality objectives.
Qualifications
* Proactivity, resolution and goal in action and in the delivery of value.
* Creative and positive attitude.
* Great desire to learn and contribute new knowledge to the company.
* Client orientation.
* Between 2 and 5 years of experience in a similar position.
* High level of English (for negotiation and communication with international clients).
* Excel knowledge.
* Ability to relate to people.
* Management capacity.
* Analytical ability.
