It is critical that you can bring a great sense of ownership and personality to the team and lead the kitchen operations in Barcelona to help make it a massive success. You have the knowledge and experience to build the reputation of the kitchen operations. A real passion for a variety of cuisines and your natural leadership skills will mean huge success. You will be in the spotlight at center stage in the restaurant. Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the kitchen operations in Barcelona for the SiSi Rooftop concept.
* Build the reputation of the kitchen operations and drive brand presence.
* Demonstrate ownership and leadership, guiding the team toward a successful dining experience.
* Mentor and teach team members to develop skills and maintain high standards.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in kitchen leadership and hospitality operations.
* A real passion for a variety of cuisines.
* Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship abilities.
