As Project Manager for Ferrovial Digital Infrastructures, you will lead data center development in Madrid, steering multi-disciplinary teams through preconstruction, construction and ready-for-service stages. You will ensure timelines, budgets and quality align with Ferrovial's strategy, while promoting sustainable, innovative solutions. You’ll partner with the Development Team and stakeholders to resolve engineering challenges and deliver high-impact facilities. This role offers cross-border collaboration, advanced tools, and a clear path to professional growth within a global leader.

• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule and budget
• Establish and maintain project management methodologies and templates
• Support supervision of the Data Centre portfolio to align with strategic objectives
• Report status to Head of Projects Development with progress, costs, risks and changes
• Prepare executive reports and dashboards for leadership
• Identify risks and propose mitigation plans
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, GC, IT, operations and substation works
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards
• Coordinate internal and external resources and ensure proper allocation
• Monitor progress, adjust as needed and manage client/stakeholder relationships
• Perform risk management and contingency planning
• Ensure on-time, on-scope and on-budget delivery
Responsabilidades
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience, 3–5 years in data center projects
• Knowledge of the data center project lifecycle
• PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification (desirable)
• Excellent communication xpzdshu and leadership skills
• Proficient with PM tools (MS Project, Primavera, Jira, etc.)
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in critical or mission-critical environments (asset)
• Knowledge of technical regulations applicable to Data Centres (asset)
• Experience in international or multicultural environments (asset)
