**Your main responsibilities will be**:

- Meet sales objectives by driving inside and online sales opportunities for specific products defined. You will provide quotas, interpret customer needs, and proactively act to meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain effective customer relations with purchasing and end user contacts within assigned territory and/or products.
- Handle your own sales funnel using your own initiative to identify business opportunities by taking a creative approach. Maintain a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives. Provide accurate forecast sales and maintain CRM up to date.
- Actively generate business opportunities for growth and represent Agilent in all sales activities working with the field staff. In addition, retain and grow the existing customers.
- Work effectively with cross-functional team and internal resources.
- Solve non-routine issues and problems within field of specialization and create and maintain effective customer relationships.

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for a motivated individual with the following background:

- **University degree** in a **Life Science field **(Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry )
- **First hands-on experience with lab **equipment/instruments**, within a **clinical**, **anatomical **or **pathology laboratory**:

- Experience in sales would be a strong advantage.
- Full proficiency in **Italian & Spanish **as well as good level of **English**.

On a personal level, you are **proactive**, **outgoing **and **customer focused**. You also have **excellent interpersonal** and** communication skills** to interact with many external and internal partners. You show a **real can-do attitude**, **resilience **and you enjoy working both **autonomously **and as **part of a team**. Whilst being **adaptable **and **adaptable**, you have also** strong planning**, **organizational **and **time management skills**.

**Additional Details**

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
