In this role you drive the development of high-quality proposals and manage complex, high-value deals in IT Asset Lifecycle Management. You will craft tailored client materials and coordinate across teams to ensure timely, professional engagement with customers. • Lead and support the development of proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and other sales documents for IT Asset Lifecycle Management services
• Ensure consistent, polished client-facing materials
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights, shape messaging, and meet submission deadlines
• Act as project manager for large, high-value deals with defined timelines and stakeholders
• Define timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
• Develop tailored, visually engaging client presentations aligned with client needs and branding
• Drive consistency and professionalism in customer-facing content
• Improve deal execution quality and enable sellers through optimized sales support processes
Responsabilidades
• Proven track record in a customer-facing role such as sales support, proposal management, or strategic deal execution
• Familiarity with IT Asset Lifecycle Management services, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and end-of-life disposition
• Customer-focused approach with experience crafting messaging and materials for clients and stakeholders
• Strong PowerPoint and content creation skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex deals and coordinate across teams
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and legal
• Excellent time management and prioritization under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
