Within our growth project and our company objective, we are looking for an Aftersales Engineer profile for our Head Quarters in Rubi (Barcelona).
YOUR ROLE:
Reception and Management of Customer Needs
Provide technical solutions in collaboration with the After-Sales Management.
Coordinate with the rest of the team, as well as with other departments, with the development of requested orders.
Control deadlines and traceability.
Confirm delivery tracking with Logistics and customer status.

Requisitos mínimos:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a must.
Advanced level of English.
Other languages will be valued.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical management positions in machinery or industrial environments with clients.
Get used to work with different teams.
Experience in designing solutions for clients.
