Over 10 years of experience as an NOC Technician with knowledge in 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G RANExperience with radio equipment in Nokia and Ericsson in the mentioned technologiesExtensive experience in N1 Technical Support Service and RAN network managementSolid knowledge of support processes for Telefónica in the RAN Mobile Access areaKnowledge of RAN protocols, equipment, functionalities, etc.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and solution proposal skillsFunctions
Management of N1 incidents, diagnostics, customer complaints, and execution of BTPsProposal of corrective actions for recurring problemsNOC team management and quality analysisTools
