Responsibilities
- Implement the programme of daytime and evening activities (we have teams of 2–12 entertainers).
- Organise the schedules of the entertainers.
- Report information on entertainment activities to Acttiv.
- Follow Acttiv’s quality policy.
- Be aware of the needs of your team’s entertainers.
- Attend and receive training provided by the company.
- Participate in meetings with other entertainment leaders in your area.
- Monitor your team’s time recording.
- Train and evaluate your team.
- Obtain positive reviews to improve the online reputation of the establishment.
In addition to organisational tasks, you will participate in shows and interact with guests from all over the world.
Qualifications
- Previous experience of at least one season as entertainment manager.
- Excellent level of Spanish and English, with additional languages (e.g., French) welcome.
- Valued or related education in tourist entertainment or tourism (not essential).
- Proficiency in office tools such as Excel, Word or PowerPoint.
- Availability from at least March 2026 to October 2026.

Working Conditions
- Accommodation: use the accommodation offered (single room) or find your own; if you use it, €172.90 net per month will be deducted from your salary.
- Meals included in the staff canteen.
- 2 days off per week.
- Acttiv Contract: Permanent seasonal.
- Mutual insurance for accidents at work and civil liability insurance during working hours.
- Social Security.
- 30 calendar days holiday per year of work.
- Assistance with registration in the Spanish contribution system.
