TRG is looking for a Senior Deskside Engineer in Cádiz (El Puerto de Santa Maria y Puerto Real)
Role
• Identifying and solving various IT issues within the established time and quality (connectivity, application errors, operating system failures, etc.).
• Configuring and preparing video conference rooms.
• Organizing and inventorying the warehouse.
• Installing Microsoft Operating Systems and imaging devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, and PDAs).
• Installing software and other scripts.
• Replacing components (hard drives, processors, etc.) in different types of devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, and PDAs).
• User support.
• Performing other IT-related tasks following Computacenter's directives.
• Stock control.
• Documenting and constantly communicating with different on-site or remote teams.
• Mobility is required for the technician to provide services at different sites.

Pre-Requisites & Experience:
6. Experience of at least 2-3 years as a Deskside Engineer in a Microsoft environment
7. Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Computer Science
8. Fluent in English & Spanish
9. Driving licence required

Details of the vacancy:
10. Permanent and full-time contract, Monday - Friday 40hours/week coverage with the possibility of on-call or weekend interventions
