Join our AXA Partners team as a Tax Manager and Technician in the Finance Department ! We are looking for a passionate and highly competent professional to be in charge of tax settlement, as well as to identify tax risks and opportunities in line with our business. The Tax Manager and Technician will be responsible for the tax management of two large companies, one in Insurance and one in Services, both part of an advanced VAT tax consolidation group whose head is IPA Sucursal in Spain. Additionally, you will handle tax reports with the central area of AXA Partners (transfer pricing and related queries). The main tasks of this position are: Analysis and preparation of Corporate Taxes for all companies within the IPA Group Spain. Analysis and management of the IPA Spain Group's Company Tax Instalments. Analysis and calculation of annual VAT pro-rata for the IPA Sucursal insurance company. Preparation of the Consolidated Group VAT Tax Report. Preparation of Transfer Pricing Reports for the IPA Spain group, including analysis and annual mapping of intra-group operations, and joint review with Cuatrecasas. Compilation and submission of documentation to the AXA Seguros tax team, as required by the parent company, related to IPA Spain subsidiaries. Handling appeals before AEAT and maintaining relations with Tax Authorities, including collection, management, and inspection bodies. Coordination with external Cuatrecasas tax advisors for technical issues and tax strategy. Collaboration with AXA Partners and AXA Insurance Tax Central team for tax matters. Providing tax advice to various company departments. You are ideal for this role if you meet the following requirements: Proven experience in tax management and filing, preferably within the insurance or services sectors. Advanced knowledge of tax regulations, especially VAT and Corporate Tax. Ability to identify tax risks and opportunities, proposing efficient solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to argue with well-founded, reasoned criteria when resolving issues. Critical thinking regarding tax regulations and practices. Proactive attitude with a focus on process improvement. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. High level of English for communication within the group.
