Within the Mobile Product team in the Workplace department, the main tasks are to define and implement the strategy through mobile products, solutions, and tools, and to provide level 2 and 3 support on MDM technologies for all of the group’s entities.

About The Job

They also guarantee the permanent control of some40,000 mobile terminals spread over 200 entities worldwide.
\n
You will be responsible for the implementation of the mobile product strategy under the management of the Product Manager for devices management (Intune), operating systems (iOS, Android) as well as the Group’s security policy.
\n
As a Mobile Technical Expert, you will represent AXA Group Operations in dialogue with our Mobile Product Owner, proposing, studying, designing, and integrating new mobile services in line with the needs expressed and the Group strategy.
\n
As an expert, you will actively participate in the resolution of incidents and problems within this scope.
\n
Main missions
\n
Your Responsibilities Include
\n
Operate the Azure AD / Intune infrastructure and integrate new technical solutions across the different entities.
\n
Ensure the proper execution of mobile projects and programmes in the upstream (assessment of customer needs and recommendations), design, and implementation phases, so the responses meet the needs expressed by AXA GO or its partners.
\n
Provide technical expertise to project teams and technical teams on solutions related to the employee work environment.
\n
Write technical instructions, engineering plans, technical designs, and other documents related to the integration of solutions.
\n
Design and participate in the development of cross‑functional and integration services.
\n
Research, evaluate, and suggest systems, equipment, and technologies based on internal customer requirements.
\n
Guarantee the security and compliance of the mobiles of the Group’s employees.
\n
Resolve incidents, contact level 3, and report to vendors and suppliers (Microsoft, Omnissa, Apple, etc.).
\n
