Lead the evolution and deployment of a hospital treatment pathway program to address capacity bottlenecks across EU hospitals, aligning with Edwards Lifesciences’ mission to improve patient care and the performance of TAVI programs. You’ll integrate offerings into a single, high-impact initiative and steer strategic development for future growth. You will communicate with program faculty, hospitals, and cross-functional teams, shaping programs to meet evolving patient treatment needs. This role combines strategic development, stakeholder management, and program execution across Europe, with travel up to 40%.

• Advance and evolve hospital treatment pathway programs to address hospital needs and capacity bottlenecks
• Design, test, and adjust program evolution and future strategy
• Coordinate external communication with program faculty, target hospitals, and stakeholders
• Manage relationships with program faculty ensuring alignment and program evolution
• Lead internal engagement with field teams, marketing partners, and senior leadership
• Represent leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing messaging to upper management
• Ensure compliance with company rules and safety protocols and manage risk controls
• Travel up to 40% domestically and internationally
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree with substantial work experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare with program management experience
• 10 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's or 6 years with Master's or equivalent
• Significant experience in strategy, hospital program management, and healthcare industry exposure
• Ability to xpzdshu interact professionally across organizational levels and with healthcare professionals
• Experience in Global/Regional/Local marketing environments
• Proven track record in delivering large or multiple programs and influencing business outcomes
• Strong analytical and project management skills and ability to lead execution
• Fluent in English; additional European languages preferred
