Based in Tordera (Barcelona), you will play a key role in designing collections and setting trends for our worlwide stores.
\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Interpret concepts and research trends to support the main collection, ensuring the OYSHO DNA is reflected in every garment.
\n
- Contribute to new ideas, concepts and creative solutions for the collection.
\n
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of fabrics, colors, trims, details, fit, and garment construction.
\n
- Collaborate closely with your Buyer and Pattern Maker to create and develop new collections, garments, and concepts—from initial brainstorming to final product.
\n
- Develop detailed technical files for suppliers, ensuring alignment with brand standards in quality, construction, and fit.
\n
- Contribute new ideas, concepts and creative solutions to the collection
\n
- 5+ years of professional experience in a similar position in an international environment. Experience leading a small team is a plus.
\n
- Be aware of trends, brands, designers, catwalks: be a passionate fashion and sports lover.
\n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to a fast‑paced ever‑changing environment.
\n
- The ability to demonstrate outstanding creative instincts and a distinct point of view.
\n
- Very good/ fluent knowledge of English.
\n
