Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Consultant to join our Global HR and Payroll Practice. The successful candidate will own numerous engagement projects that are crucial to delivering global HRP consultancy services to our clients. A key focus will be on leading projects requested by clients within the same region, as well as supporting projects for clients based outside this region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead complex transformational consultancy projects for global payroll and HR clients, with a focus on payroll transformation.
* Deliver high-quality work and advice to achieve client satisfaction.
* Support less senior roles in delivering consulting projects, as needed.
* Ensure timely, accurate, and complete delivery of all HRP consultancy solutions sold, while meeting chargeable utilization targets.
* Contribute to scoping, pricing, delivering, and invoicing each engagement, working with local partners or third parties when necessary.
* Draft proposals and engagement letters for approval, in collaboration with the sales team.
* Stay up-to-date with trends in the global HR and Payroll market to suggest consultancy solutions that meet client needs.
* Develop methodologies, tools, and techniques for use by the team on future engagements.
* Identify opportunities based on current market trends and the broader economic context of the industry.
* Collaborate with other business units to ensure seamless cooperation across the HR and Payroll service line.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA), Business Administration or equivalent, with a concentration in Accounting, Human Resources, Payroll, or International Business. A Master's degree is preferred.
* A minimum of 10 years' work experience, either in an operational role or consulting role, with expertise in both payroll and HR consultancy, operations, or transformation.
* Expert knowledge in a specific area of HR and/or Payroll expertise, such as global mobility, benefits, Shared Services Center organization, Mergers & Acquisitions, is a plus.
* Experience working in an advisory practice, delivering consultancy services, and meeting billable time and revenue targets.
* Strong English language written and verbal skills, with proficiency in a second foreign language a plus.
* Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
* Ability to adapt to an evolving environment.
* Motivated self-starter who can take on initiatives with minimal management oversight.
