We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior Export Area Manager
to support the development and expansion of international markets. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of integral trade operations, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a passion for international business and a strong drive to grow within an export-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement export strategies to maximize profitability while optimizing operational costs within existing accounts.
- Identify and prospect new international markets and business opportunities.
- Prepare export proposals, offers, and commercial quotations.
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with international distributors and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance export processes and operational efficiency.
- Travel internationally (approximately 30% of the time) to meet clients and develop long-term business relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in export activities.
- Previous experience in the Healthcare and/or Industrial sectors is highly valued.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Science-related academic background is appreciated (not mandatory).
- High level of English (written and spoken) is required.
- French is a plus.
- Availability and willingness to travel internationally (around 30%).
