HSE Trainee to support our Health, Safety, and Environment department. You will contribute to the site’s legal and corporate conformity, participate in risk assessments for cutting-edge R&D; projects, and help drive industrial improvements.

🛠️ Key responsibilities

Compliance & Risk Management
\n
\n
- Collaborate in ensuring the site’s continuity of conformity regarding HSE legal and Corporate requirements.
\n
- Participate actively in the\nRisk Assessment\nprocesses across the facility.
\n
- Support risk analysis for\nR&D; projects\nand assist in implementing control mechanisms for new processes.
\n
\nOperational HSE & Industrial Improvement\n
\n
- Collaborate on industrial improvements related to manufacturing processes to enhance safety and efficiency.
\n
- Participate in the implementation of the\nContractors Management Plan\n.
\n
- Support the site’s inspection program and follow up on established HSE action plans.
\n
\nMonitoring, Reporting & Audit\n
\n
- Monitor corporate objectives by establishing action plans and tracking\nKPIs\n.
\n
- Perform established reporting and maintain clear documentation of HSE performance.
\n
- Participate in internal and external audits of the\nHSE Management System\n.
\n
\nTraining & Culture\n
\n
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the\nHSE Training Program\n.
\n
- Promote a proactive safety culture among employees and contractors.
\n
- Encourage open communication and teamwork in a multicultural environment.
\n
\n🧠Candidate profile\n
\n
- Education:\nCurrently enrolled in or recently completed a\nMaster’s in Health, Safety, and Environment\n. A background in Engineering or Sciences is a plus.
\n
- Languages: English fluent (must)\n; ability to work in a multi-cultural environment is essential.
\n
- Mindset:\nStrong commitment to safety, proactive, and able to work with a high degree of\nautonomy\n.
\n
- Communication:\nExcellent interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with different departments and external auditors.
\n
- Technical Skills:\nInterest in industrial processes, risk analysis, and KPI-driven management.
\n
- Soft Skills:\nTeam player spirit, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
