We are looking for a highly proactive and insightful professional to join our Finance team. Reporting to the FP&A Director, partnering with Commercial, Supply Chain, Product Management and Production. You will play a key role in translating accurate forecasts into long-term strategy.
Responsibilities:
* Corporate reporting to Senior Management.
* Build strong relationships between production, corporate departments and sales business units.
* Leading the Global S&OP process, accomplishment of forecasted demand from Commercial, considering products and ensuring constant inventory availability.
* Streamline the process of demand planning to optimize sales and procurement strategy.
* Reducing logistics and Supply Chain costs by introducing new initiatives and optimization.
Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of progressive experience in Management Consulting and/or Finance roles.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, a strong strategic mindset, and a demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into simple.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
