As Lead AI Architect at ADP, you will guide the Benchmarking Platform’s evolution, bridging data science, engineering and architecture to enable scalable, AI-powered benchmarking services. You’ll standardize release and deployment practices while pushing GenAI and spec-driven development to improve automation and reproducibility. You will collaborate across data science, product, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end ML solutions at scale. This role offers hands-on leadership, mentoring, and a chance to shape the technical direction for large-scale HR data applications.

• Serve as integration and hands-on Lead Architect for the Benchmarking Platform
• Unify codebases, standardize release/versioning, and design one-click deployment pipelines across multiple teams
• Drive platform evolution toward GenAI and SD Driven Development (SDD) standards
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable ML solutions, data pipelines, and APIs
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and product teams in an Agile environment
• Mentor team members and promote independent, proactive problem solving
• Write clean code and documentation; ensure best practices and high performance of models/systems
• Evaluate and evolve existing models/platforms or create new ones using Python, AWS, Databricks

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field
• 6-8 years of relevant experience
• Advanced English communication
• Fluency in Python and strong knowledge of data structures and ML methods
• Experience with Databricks (Unity Catalog, workspaces, clusters, workflows)
• Experience with AWS (S3, Lambda, Step Functions, SageMaker)
• CI/CD experience (e.g., Jenkins)
