Global Business Process Director

Posting Start Date: 5/26/26

The Integral Business Process Director will lead the definition, standardization and continuous improvement of Fluidra’s global business processes across regions and business units.

The role will be responsible for evolving the current EMEA process structure into a fully global function, incorporating strong coordination with the US market and ensuring alignment across regions.

Acting as a strategic bridge between Business, IT and the Transformation Office, the position will drive process harmonization initiatives, support enterprise transformation programs (including SAP S/4HANA), and ensure that systems and tools effectively support business operations.

This is a high-visibility leadership role with direct impact on the company’s global operating model and transformation agenda, especially in a context of accelerated transformation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Global Process Strategy & Governance

- Define and lead the Group’s global process standardization strategy.

- Evolve current EMEA-focused setup into a global cross-regional model.

- Establish process governance principles, standards and documentation frameworks.

- Build and maintain a centralized Process Repository.

- Define and monitor process KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure alignment between business processes, compliance requirements and operational objectives.

2. Process Assessment & Harmonization

- Lead assessments of existing business processes across regions and legal entities.

- Drive standardization across diverse go-to-market models and geographies, especially integrating US processes.

- Design and implement scalable “to-be” process models aligned with global standards.

- Promote simplification, efficiency and operational consistency across the organization.

3. Business Transformation & Digital Enablement

- Partner with IT and Digital teams to ensure systems support business process objectives.

- Translate business needs into clear process and capability requirements.

- Support transformation initiatives including ERP, workflow automation and digital platforms.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, digitalization and AI-enabled optimization.
- Challenge existing ways of working and encourage business stakeholders to rethink processes and operating models in order to drive simplification, efficiency gains and scalable best practices.
- Ensure business adoption and operational alignment during transformation programs.

4. Change Management & Adoption

- Drive process adoption in collaboration with business leaders and HR.
- Support communication, training and stakeholder alignment initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across countries and business units.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

5. Team Leadership

- Build and develop the Process function within the Transformation Office.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing international team.
- Foster a collaborative, business-oriented and results-driven culture.

Profile Requirements

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
- MBA or Master’s degree in Operations, Transformation or Digital Business is a plus.
- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP or CBPP are valued.

Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in multinational and complex business environments.
- Proven track record leading process transformation or operational excellence initiatives.
- Experience in global process standardization and business transformation programs.
- Exposure to ERP transformation initiatives (SAP S/4HANA highly valued).
- Strong experience managing senior stakeholders across international organizations.
- Spanish: Native or fluent
- English: Fluent / professional proficiency
- Additional languages are a plus
