We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven
Plant Director
to lead operations at our key manufacturing sites in Spain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with proven expertise in manufacturing processes and people management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
• Manage, motivate, and develop plant personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and local regulations.
• Drive KPIs and report on plant performance to senior management.
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in the food industry, with at least 3/5 years in a plant leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• The candidate will be based in Spain
• Coming from international experience is a plus .
