Everything you are looking for and moreThe Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by expanding the adoption of InPost services (Home Delivery, Out of Home, 3PL, etc.) across strategic clients.This role combines strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of e-commerce ecosystems (marketplaces, checkout processes, brand visibility) to deliver value-driven and efficient solutions to our partners.You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the company's growth and profitability objectives.What responsibilities and objectives will you have? Grow business volume within existing strategic accounts and identify new opportunities to expand collaborationUnderstand clients' operational and technological needs (marketplaces, e-commerce, retailers) and propose tailored solutionsCollaborate with IT, Operations, and Marketing teams to support integrations, onboarding processes, and logistics flow improvementsAnalyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunitiesPrepare commercial proposals, presentations, and activity reportsWell, what will the requirements be? 3–5 years of experience in business development or commercial expansion, preferably in logistics, or e-commerce sectorsStrong knowledge of last-mile delivery models (PUDO, Lockers, Home Delivery, Fulfillment)Familiarity with e-commerce processes (checkout, integration software, sales platforms, order management systems)High level of EnglishExperience working with CRM tools and digital environmentsWhat do we offer?
