The Business Compliance Manager supports the development and deployment of compliance features for millions of Revolut users. This hands-on role involves advising product teams on compliance requirements and controls within the first line of defence.What you'll be doing
Providing compliance expertise to the first line of defence and offering solutions to compliance issuesActing as a stakeholder between the first and second lines of defence compliance teamsGuiding retail products through regulatory landscapesEnsuring smooth, compliant product launchesIdentifying compliance risks in retail offeringsDeveloping strategies to address regulatory challengesCollaborating with teams to design compliant policies that support business growthEmpowering product teams with compliance knowledge and toolsServing as a regulatory liaison to ensure successful auditsWhat you'll need
At least 3 years of experience in regulatory complianceExperience in banking, consultancy, or tech companiesUnderstanding of compliance and business risk interactionsAbility to work in fast-paced environmentsStrong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
