How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Mission Summary:
Support in the development and execution of cluster & local HR initiatives.
Support on the transformation HR Projects
Support on the HR Campaigns (performance process, goals setting, compensation processes, learning and development and talent management processes)
Review and update job descriptions
Build reports to follow the HR activity (KPIs)
Ensure yearly plans are adapted to strategy.
Support Employee Experience Campaigns: on‐boarding yearly events, diversity
Recruitment of trainees and non M&P (identification, interview, offer, contract generation...) and local support for M&P recruitment
Follow‐up of on‐boarding of new employees
Support and Follow‐up of the bonus and merit campaign + other salary increases
