Overview
The role within the cPLM team involves mapping end-to-end processes related to product lifecycle management and design. The goal is to adapt processes and ways of working (WoW) to align with the global template design processes and systems, thereby delivering expected efficiencies. Additionally, the role includes identifying organizational changes necessary to achieve these efficiencies.
What are we looking for?
* Extensive experience with current end-to-end processes used in R&D, Activity Management, Spec Management, Innovation, and related systems at Royal Canin.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D, SQA, or Activity Management, with candidates having 7+ years and experience across multiple functions preferred.
* Experience working in a matrixed organization, ideally within a large multinational setting.
* Strong influencing, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across diverse groups.
What will be your key responsibilities?
The role reports to the GPO Core-PLM and is responsible for :
* Developing specific scope areas, such as Ingredients & Packs Specs, in collaboration with the commercial BPO.
* Partnering closely with the Core-PLM team, segment scope leads, BI / SI (consulting partner), and external vendors and system integrators.
* Participating in workshops and meetings with the design team, providing feedback to validate key decisions.
* Gathering feedback from cross-functional subject matter experts to ensure alignment with the RC ecosystem and vision.
* Being a member of the super user community for testing and validation.
* Collaborating with the change management team on business needs, training, and communication planning.
* Working with the E2E Process Architect to co-design the future state of processes, WoW, and organization development.
